Mr. Firman Sagaf has been in the property and business valuation services for more than 30 years. He holds property and business valuer license from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, registered capital market and non-bank financial institution supporting profession from the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia (OJK), and registered valuer from the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPN). His last previous position was the CEO of an international property and business valuation firm. His educational background is Bachelor of Engineering from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) and Master of Valuation and Property Management from University of Technology Malaysia (UTM). He also actively involved in the profession association where he serves as Member of Capital Market Valuers Forum of the Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI), Member of Certification Examiners Council of MAPPI, and trainer of designation courses of MAPPI. His competency includes commercial and industrial property valuation, machinery and equipment valuation, business valuation, intangible asset valuation, feasibility study, highest and best use study, fairness opinion, and financial advisory.
