Mr. Riki A. Nugraha has been in the property valuation services for more than 18 years. He holds property valuer license from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia and registered capital market supporting profession from the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia (OJK), and registered valuer from the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPN). Previously, he served as Senior Valuer in several international property valuation firms. His educational background is Bachelor of Engineering from Trisakti University, Jakarta and Master of Management in Finance from Gadjah Mada University (UGM). His competency includes residential, commercial and industrial property valuation, plant and equipment valuation, feasibility study and highest and best use study.
